Shining Smiles come to the Spotlight

What are your best Misionero memories?

The best Misionero memories are the ones I have created with the team. I am fortunate to work with people who genuinely care about what we do and truly care about each other. As a team, we make sure to go out there and execute but also make time for each other’s special occasions, such as birthdays and small victories at work.

How do you feel about the future of the company?

I feel excited about Misionero’s future! Misionero has genuinely impacted the industry and has made a name for itself. I am excited for the growth; I am excited for the change, and I am excited to see what else we can accomplish.

What’s your superpower?

Adaptation and Resilience are qualities that I apply both in my professional and personal life. Qualities that have pushed me to grow.

If we’re sitting here a year from now celebrating what a great year it’s been for you in this role, what did we achieve together?

Growth! I celebrate growth every year on my work anniversary for my personal development and the growth of our fantastic team at Misionero. Every year, I see how much we have accomplished, and it truly makes me happy to see the results of the hard work we all put into it.

What have you been most satisfied with your life?

My greatest satisfaction in life is to be able to provide for my children and my family. If my babies are happy and taken care of, I am happy!

Who is your role model, and why?

My mother, Nidia Rios, and my respect and love for her are infinite. She left her home country to be able to provide for her children. She has worked in the Salinas Valley fields for almost two decades and continues to work in the industry. Because of her, I fell in love with agriculture and everything that goes with it. She is the definition of Resilience.

If she is proud of me, I feel accomplished!
